CODE OF ETHICS

The provisions of this Code of Ethics are addressed to and apply to the Company’s Senior Management, Statutory Auditors, department managers, all employees, suppliers, consultants, and any other parties who establish, in any capacity, a collaborative relationship with Gentili Mosconi S.p.A.

The Company shall monitor compliance with the provisions contained in this Code of Ethics and shall also ensure transparency regarding any corrective actions taken in the event of violations thereof.
